Sales of new commercial housing were 2.8067 billion yuan, down 28scratch0.1.3%, of which residential sales fell 31.1%.
The sales area of new commercial housing was 292.52 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 20.2%, of which residential sales area decreased by 23.8%.
National real estate development investment was 3.0928 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.8%; of which, residential investment was 2.3392 billion yuan, a decrease of 10.5%.
The housing construction area of real estate development enterprises was 687.544 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 10.8%.
