Shanghai Runshi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was founded by well-known fund manager Lei Ming after leaving the public offering in 2022. After the integration is completed, Lei Ming will join Zhengxin Valley Capital Private Equity Investment Fund Manager, Zhejiang Yiwu City Tanzhen Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), as partner and investment director. Runshi Private Equity Fund's existing business and team members will join. After the integration work is completed, Leiming will focus more on the investment research business, and Leiming will continue to be fully responsible for investment management of Runshi's original products.
